For delivery to the project location, please request a shipping price from our CUSTOMER SERVICES (phone and whatsapp 0532 427 11 14). When delivered to the project area, delivery is made on the transportation vehicle. Transportation from the transportation vehicle to the project area is the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION

Since the products are custom-made, CANCELLATION is not possible after payment.

RETURN

Since the products are custom-made, RETURN is not possible.

CHANGES

Changes made during production can only be made if the factory accepts. If the factory does not approve, no changes can be made to the order.
