Cast radiator green rubber (klingrit) gaskets are used in all our cast radiators connected to each other with 1 1/4 (one, one quarter) nipples.

They are produced in special size for cast iron radiators

Klingrit gaskets are made of organic fiber, mineral fiber and high quality elastomer components. Asbestos-free klingrit gaskets do not pose any health risk.

The green rubber klingrit gaskets we offer in this category are ideal for medium and high pressure and temperature.

Gasket inner diameter: 41 mm.

Gasket outer diameter: 56 mm.

Recommended thickness: 1 mm.

Maximum Operating Temperature: 300°C

Continuous Operating Temperature: 250°C (hot water used in radiator systems does not exceed 90°C)

Maximum pressure: 70 bar (pressure used in radiator systems does not exceed 13 bar)

Changes made during production can only be made if the factory accepts. If the factory does not approve, no changes can be made to the order.
